Peek a Boo!

Our first eyes are starting to open!! This afternoon we picked up Miss Red and noticed her eyes are open just a little slit in the inner eyes. Then when we checked them all out we noticed Miss Green, Miss Purple, and Miss Orange are starting to open their eyes too! We bet they will be all open and peeking around before we know it!! All of their eyes will be blue for now and they will get their adult eye color later on.

Peek a boo, Miss Red can see you!!

Dinner time

Serious doggy pile (all 10!)

Big yawn! Miss Green was too tired to show us her eyes starting to open.

Update on Weight Gain at 8 Days

Here is an update of the puppies weight gain from the day they were born until yesterday (8 days old).

Growing Puppies - Now 1 Week Old!

They sure have grown!! Ruby's little puppies are already getting so much bigger (and cuter!). They are already more than 1 week old! They haven't opened their eyes or ears yet (could happen as soon as tomorrow or later next week) but they are definately trying to walk on all fours. They have gotten a lot stronger and most of them are working very hard to use their back legs a lot more. They will be walking around in no time! We will try to post some videos later of the puppies being born, eating (it's too funny!), and now trying to walk. Here are some pictures below of their first time getting their little tiny nails trimmed a few days ago.
